ROUTE field guide
ROUTE Hints and Grades: What Each Assist Changes
Use solver hints intentionally and understand how assistance affects a completed field grade.
Ask at the real blocker
Identify the corridor or pair you cannot resolve before requesting help so the revealed move teaches a reusable pattern.
Keep the board fixed
The deterministic puzzle stays unchanged. A hint supplies evidence rather than replacing the field.
Use grades as feedback
An assisted grade does not erase completion; it creates a clear reason to revisit similar geometry.
Try it on a field
Open ROUTE on iPhone and change one path at a time. Every playable field is solver-validated, so a failure is useful evidence about corridor ownership, endpoint access, or coverage.
